हे नारद उन नदियों के नाम जाटोदक ट्रियो स्तोत्र विश्व मधुबनी स्वर्ण नाग तथा जातक हुए उसे स्थान पर नंदेश्वर ने जो शिवलिंग स्थापित किया था वह भुवनेश्वर के नाम से विख्यात हुआ वह स्थान भी सरमद नामक तीर्थ के रूप में अत्यंत पूज्य हुआ जो मनुष्य उसे नदियों में स्नान करके शिवेशवर शिवलिंग का पूजन करता है उसे मुक्ति प्राप्त होती है इस चरित्र के उपरांत शिवजी ने गिरजा से यह कहा है प्रिया अब हम नंदीश्वर का अभिषेक करेंगे तथा इसे आपने सब गानों का स्वामी बनाएंगे गिर जाने शिव जी के इस कथा को प्रसन्नता पूर्वक स्वीकार किया परंतु शिव जी ने अपने सब गानों को पास बुलाया अन गणों ने हाथ जोड़कर शिवजी की स्तुति करते हुए इस प्रकार कहा है प्रभु आप हमें क्या आज्ञा देते हैं यदि आप कहें तो हम समुद्र को सुख दें अथवा मृत्यु को नष्ट कर दें यदि आपकी इच्छा हो तो हम सभी दोनों तथा दैत्यों को जलाकर भस्म कर डाले एवं अग्नि को ही पड़कर यहां ले आवे है नाथ यदि आप किसी के ऊपर प्रसन्न हो तो वैसा कहें आपकी आज्ञा पाकर हम उसकी हर प्रकार की सेवा करने के लिए तैयार है हे नारद गानों की यह बात सुनकर शिवजी ने उत्तर दिया है करो या नंदेश्वर हमारा प्रिय पुत्र तथा तुम सब का अधिपति है तुम सब लोग मिलकर इसका अभिषेक करो तो हमें प्रसन्नता प्राप्त होगी शिवजी कि यह आ गया सुनते ही उन सब गणों ने अत्यंत प्रसन्न होकर शिवजी तथा नंदेश्वर का जय जयकार किया इस समय में विष्णु जी तथा अन्य सब देवता भी वहां जा पहुंचे और शिवजी की स्तुति करते हुए यह कहानी वालों की है प्रभु आपने नंदेश्वर के ऊपर जो कृपा की है वह सर्वस्त्र प्रशंसनीय है यह नंदेश्वर साक्षात आपके ही स्वरुप हैं और तू हम सब इन्हें प्रणाम करते हैं इतना कह कर सब लोग ने नंदेश्वर का अभिषेक किया दादू प्राण शिव जी की इच्छा जानकर मैंने मरुद की कन्या सूर्यास्त के साथ नदी का बिहार कर दिया उसे बिहार में बड़ा उत्साह मनाया गया था दो प्राण नंदेश्वर अपनी पत्नी सहित सिंहासन पर विराजमान हुए और सब लोग उन्हें भेंट देने लगे लक्ष्मी जी ने नंदेश्वर को मुकुट आदि भूषण दिए गिरिजा ने अपने कास्ट का हार दिया विष्णु जी ने रात की ध्वजाती तथा मैं स्वर्ण हार पहनाया इसी प्रकार सब अन्य सब लोगों भी नदी को भेद दे चुके तब शिवजी उन्हें परिवार सहित अपने पूरी को ले गए तब से हुए वहीं रहकर शिव गिरजा का ध्यान किया करते हैं और उन्हीं की सेवा में संलग्न रहते हैं इन नारद इस 45 में शिव अवतार की कथा को जो व्यक्ति मन लगाकर पढ़ना सुनता अथवा किसी दूसरे को सुनता है वह इस लोक में छुपा कर अंत में शिव जी के समीप कैलाश पर्वत पर जा पहुंचता है

O Narada, the names of those rivers are Jatodak, Trio Stotra, Vishwa, Madhubani, Swarn Naag and Jatak. The Shivling established by Nandeshwar at that place became famous as Bhuvneshwar. That place also became highly revered as a pilgrimage named Sarmad. The person who bathes in the rivers and worships Shiveshwar Shivling attains salvation. After this story, Shivji said to Girja that dear, now we will anoint Nandeshwar and make him the lord of all your gods. Girja happily accepted this story of Shivji, but Shivji called all his gods near him. Many Ganas, with folded hands, praised Shivji and said thus, Prabhu, what do you command us? If you say, we will give happiness to the ocean or destroy death. If you wish, we will burn all the demons to ashes and bring the fire here. Nath, if you are pleased with anyone, then say so. After getting your permission, we are ready to serve him in every way. O Narada, after listening to this, Ganas said this. Shiv Ji replied, "Do it Nandeshwar is our dear son and the lord of all of you. All of you together anoint him and we will be happy. Shiv Ji said that he has come. On hearing this all those Ganas became very happy and hailed Shiv Ji and Nandeshwar. At this time Vishnu Ji and all other Gods also reached there and while praising Shiv Ji this story is of the people. Lord the grace you have shown on Nandeshwar is praiseworthy in every way. This Nandeshwar is your own form and we all salute him. Saying this everyone anointed Nandeshwar. Dadu Pran knowing Shiv Ji's wish I made the daughter of Marud cross the river with the sunset. That abode was celebrated with great enthusiasm. Nandeshwar along with his wife sat on the throne and everyone started giving him gifts. Lakshmi Ji gave Nandeshwar a crown and other ornaments. Girija gave him a necklace of her caste. Vishnu Ji made him wear the flag of the night and I a golden necklace. Similarly all the other people also crossed the river. Then Shiv Ji took them along with their family to his Puri. Since then Shiva stayed there. They meditate on the Lord and remain engaged in his service. In this Narada, whoever reads and listens to the story of the incarnation of Lord Shiva with full attention or listens to it from someone else, hides it in this world and finally reaches Mount Kailash near Lord Shiva.
